Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe – Restaurant Style North Indian Curry

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 10 cashews
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Steps of Making Paneer Tikka Masala

  1. In a bowl, mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt.
