Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe – Restaurant Style North Indian Curry
Ingredients:
For Paneer Tikka:

250 grams paneer, cubed

1 capsicum, cubed

1 onion, cubed

½ cup thick curd (yogurt)

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon mustard oil

Salt to taste
For Gravy:

2 tablespoons butter
-
1 tablespoon oil
-
2 onions, finely chopped
-
2 tomatoes, pureed
-
10 cashews
-
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
-
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
-
1 teaspoon coriander powder
-
½ teaspoon cumin powder
-
1 teaspoon garam masala
-
½ cup fresh cream
-
1 teaspoon kasuri methi
-
Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Steps of Making Paneer Tikka Masala

In a bowl, mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt.

Warm milk or water as needed
