Delicious Masala Maggi

I love Maggi and I love to experiment with various types and flavors. Today I have shared the classic vegetable masala Maggi. Now when monsoon has arrived, I love to enjoy this hot veg masala Maggi in the rains, followed by a hot cup of tea.

  • 2 tablespoons carrot
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Steps In Making
  • Place a pan over medium flame and add water in it. Once the water comes to a boil, add 2 packets of Maggi, without the Maggi masala and let it cook for 2-3 minutes or until the Maggi is 80% cooked.
  • Now with the help of a sieve, drain the excess water and let the Maggi rest, till we prepare the rest of the things.
  • To prepare the veggie masala, finely chop all the veggies, red and yellow bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and capsicum.
  • Now place a pan over a medium flame add oil in it. Once it turns hot, add the onions and cook till it turns translucent.
  • Now add the carrots and cook for a minute.
